Owners Scott & Anna Budgen have a very ‘hands on’ approach when it relates to the operation of their restaurant. Whilst Scott involves himself heavily in the multi-award winning wine list, Anna, with her background in hospitality is responsible for various functions including the renowned ladies luncheon, “Shuck on Lunch”
Kristian Howard, Head Chef
With a consistent passion for food & cooking that began at an early age, Kristian Howard thrives under the pressure of Shucks busy kitchen. Kristian was head chef at Melbas for 5 years before bring his flair for food to Shuck two years ago.
Sean Lehmann, Restaurant Manager
Sean has been a constant in the ever changing hospitality industry with nearly 8 years as Restaurant Manager @ Shuck. Over these years Sean has looked after recurring patrons and new with a professional, friendly and caring manner.
Kerry Brunker, Functions, Marketing & Bar Manager
After 10 years as PA to a renowned nightclub & restaurant owner, Kerry has been managing Shuck Bar and looking after your functions since January 2010. Always keen & available to sit down and discuss your function Kerry will ensure your guests have an excellent time @ Shuck.
